Now for that small print--don't worry it's not much.

Rates will be worked out through correspondence by e-mail, I will not put anything on a time table, any work done may take from a month to 3 months (this will vary).  Work starts upon confirmation of down payment of half the determined price (in order to secure materials and tools as needed as well as part of the labor costs) which is only refundable if  I decide to cancel the job.  If the patron decides to cancel after the work has started no refund is given on the down payment, but I will allow a two day grace period from the time of financial transaction completeion and notify the patron by e-mail when the grace period starts(transaction completes)--the patron has this period and all the transaction time prior to this to change their mind (however long any bank transfer takes plus two business days), shipment is made once the payment (including shipping costs) is made in full, once shipped any and all sales are final and no refund is offered, but if at any time I as the artist decide not to complete the job a full refund will be issued.
